Rev. Dr. Nadja Fidelia lives a purposeful semi-retirement life, providing counseling services for spiritual, relationship, and personal development.
Before retiring, Rev. Dr. Fidelia was a Founding Member at Eland Capital, a division of The Williams Capital Group, L.P. In July 2008, she left her position as a managing director at Lehman Brothers after twenty years of service. Among her many accomplishments at Lehman was co-heading and co-founding the Partnership Solutions Group (PSG), a unique Wall Street initiative started in 2004 whereby she created a commercial platform to proactively develop business opportunities with women and minority-owned businesses in various industries. This initiative aimed to support women and minority-owned broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity, commercial banks, real estate, and asset management firms. Rev. Dr. Fidelia was honored with the Securities Industry Association ("SIA") Diversity Innovative Leadership Award for her work with PSG. Additionally, the PSG business launched Lehman Brothers' first Private Equity Emerging Manager Fund, providing investment capital to women and minority owned Firms. Harvard Business School showcased the PSG model as a case study in its 2009 curriculum.
Rev. Dr. Fidelia, aside from her successful career in finance, is a graduate of New York Theological Seminary (NYTS), achieving both a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees. Her doctoral project and thesis focused on women's spiritual empowerment in the workplace and society. She is a member of Grace Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, and has also served with Grace Congregational Church in Harlem and Ekklesia, an innovative church for the homeless in New York City. Rev. Dr. Fidelia currently serves as a board member of the New York Theological Seminary (NYTS) and has served on the boards of the Apollo Theater, Alvin Ailey Foundation, Baruch College, and the advisory board of Fiver Children's Foundation. Fluent in French and Spanish, she is enjoying semi-retirement traveling with the love of her life, providing critical counseling services and spending quality time with their children and grandchildren
